The Ontario warehouse did not inform me that my ordered Coloplast pouches were out of stock. I found them missing when the package arrived. I called the sales team; they apologized profusely, but it wouldn’t be in stock until the end of the month, which would be about 2 weeks. I explained that I’m also completely out. The helpful sales team were able to local some inventory at their Fort Worth warehouse, and I received them within a week instead.

The purchased products were very well packed. Most important - they were delivered within two days. Thanks very much for your reliable service.
