The good news is they recovered and made up for problems early on. Early on, I could not place my order using my preferred browser. I received a call telling me to try again; all was okay. It wasn't. I figured out how to get the order placed with my secondary browser (*). I then realized I had omitted something from the order. That's where they provided superb support. They instructed me to cancel my original order and re-order. As this was several hours later, I wasn't sure if it was too late to cancel or not. Possibly it was but they allowed it anyway. A support woman who followed what was going on from the beginning ultimately contacted me and gave me a $5 credit on the order for the browser issue and also made sure my cancellation went through.
One final thing about Stomabags not specific to this order. Your order gets to you quickly. The longest I've had delivery take is 3 days after I placed an order. That happened once. The other orders I've placed all arrived with 48 hours after my placing the order. I was told they have distribution centers at several geographic locations within the U.S. that makes this possible.
(*) the issue between browsers has to do with a browser extension provided by my credit card company that provides me with a scrambled credit card # that vendors keep in their system. That scrambled # is tied to the specific vendor. If the vendor's systems are ever hacked, the # is useless to the hacker unless they purchase from the vendor they hacked the # from. I didn't realize the extension was available for my secondary browser as well so an assist to the credit card company for making all of this work.
