Mix powder with water and apply directly to the ground, yard, underneath and around all plants. Avoid spraying or sprinkling on leaves as this will make beneficial insects(bees, ladybugs) vulnerable to desiccation. Re-apply after rain. Outside Flea Relief(codex food-grade diatomaceous earth) can also be taken internally(added to food) as an anti-parasitic. Dogs: 1 tsp in each bowl of food daily for 90 days.
